10 Day In-Home Trial

We offer all our customers a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee! This allows our customers ample time to return their delivered artwork from the day of delivery. If for any reason you fall out of love with your painting within 10 days of receiving it, we will be happy to give you a refund with no questions asked. If you decide to return your painting, please ensure that the painting is in its original condition (the same physical condition in which you received it).

Fine Art Firoozeh is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding a tracking number and insurance to your return.  Buyer pays return shipping.

We will notify you via email once your return has been received.  For more information or to arrange a return, please contact us at: firoozeh@fineartfiroozeh.com.

 “Special commissions”  are not eligible for returns.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If an item has sold, but you wish to purchase it as a “special commission”, I will be happy to create a similar piece for you.   A special commission item will not be identical to the original.   I can consult with you by phone, video, or email in the creation of any special commission.

We accept all major credit cards and other payments through Paypal.   You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card.  On the final secure checkout page, simply click pay with debit or credit card or check out as guest.
